Not knowing the reason when an employee leaves the team is frustrating. What if you could proactively understand your employee's issues and resolve them. With historical data of the employees we have analyzed it using Tableau along with IBM Watson Studio to build a model which can give suggestions on possible reasons for exit which leads to reduce the attrition rate of an organization.

In this video, our experts will deliberate how we created an IBM SPSS classification model, using IBM Watson Studio to find out when and why employees are leaving the organization. This technique will help the HR (or) Operation teams to take necessary steps and reduce the attrition rate.
